This gay ass show keeps running long and delaying the start of Fringe. When I think back about all of the dope television shows that FOX canceled over the years because of American Idol I could just choke a studio exec.

Dollhouse (on the bubble)

Plus all of those great shows on the other networks that died an early death because Americans got stupid and can no longer follow quality programming. Just think the original Twilight Zone was one of the best shows ever on TV wouldn't last the first 13 episodes if it aired in today's market.

Idol is only watchable on a Recording. You can watch the show in 20 minutes and avoid all the commercials and chatter.

Add Prison Break to the good show being cancelled list. Anything that ends up on Friday night at Fox usually takes the gas. Never thought I would see anyone else who liked Point Pleasant. That was one of the scariest shows I've ever seen, but again fell on the Friday night sword.

Undeclared was a good show but Judd Apatow is making Fox and NBC regret theirs for canceling Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared prematurely.

What sucks is those fuckin Neilson boxes are strategically placed in the living room of some dumb red neck or conservative family's home that don't understand science fiction or can't sit through a season long story arc so the ratings on those type of shows tank hard. I wish the writers would just go on strike and demand networks sign contracts to air shows for an extended period of time. I guarantee you if a network was forced to commit to a show for 2+ seasons then they would promote the shit out of it and do a better job of targeting its demographic.
